are cordially invited to Pop Up @ U Street, a gathering to showcase
some of the Mid-Atlantic’s best and brightest young artists.
Pop Up @ U Street is lovingly presented by Monument Music and Arts Festival and Dreams for Kids, who have have
joined forces with The Corcoran Gallery of Art's Jackie Cantwell to put
together an incredible lineup of artists to show and sell during an
evening of silent and live auctions. Artists
showing have generously agreed to donate 20% of the proceeds to Dreams
for Kids, a organization that unites at-risk children of diverse
backgrounds through community outreach and service learning
via after-school clubs, in-school workshops, and national conferences.
While taking in the righteous tunes and artwork, enjoy FREE beer from Pabst Blue Ribbon.
An $8 dollar donation is suggested at the door, but spots can be reserved and donations received now via Eventbrite above.

The Monument Music & Arts Festival is a one-day, charitable music, art, and philanthropic festival coming to Washington, DC in the summer of 2011. A forward-thinking experience, Monument promises to be unique to the District and beyond.
